Dear members and guests,

We are delighted to welcome you to the General Assembly of Togolese Community of Tampa (TCT), a non-profit organization that aims to promote the social, cultural, and economic integration of Togolese immigrants and their descendants in Tampa and beyond. This is a special occasion for us to celebrate our achievements, share our challenges, and plan our future. We are grateful for your presence and support, and we hope you will enjoy this event.

Agenda

The general assembly will take place on Saturday, February 25, 2024, from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm, at 13305 Tampa Oaks Blvd, Temple Terrace, FL 33637

The agenda for the day is as follows:

• 1:00 pm - 1:30 pm: Registration and refreshments
• 1:30 pm - 2:00 pm: Opening remarks by the president of TCT, Koffi Aggor
• 2:00 pm - 2:30 pm: Presentation of the annual report by the treasurer, Afi-Dela Brigitte Aggor
• 2:30 pm - 3:00 pm: Break and networking
• 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm: Guest speakers

Breakout sessions on various topics, such as:

• Business and entrepreneurship
• Education and career
• Health and wellness
• Culture and identity
• Advocacy and civic engagement
• 4:30 pm – 4:45 pm: Feedback and evaluation
• 4:45 pm - 5:00 pm: Closing remarks and acknowledgments by the VP of TCT, Pinidi Kolombia “Romain”
